Lake Norman Custom Concrete demoed our old patio and installed the new one this week. We are beyond happy with both the process and the results. Josh was possibly the most communicative contractor I have ever worked with. He was on time, gave updates, and came back to double-check the job when it was complete. The crew was professional and did an excellent job. We will definitely be using this company for future work.

Came to our house, took measurements, had some great ideas/suggestions for our space and was supposed to send an estimate by a certain date. Date passed and they never provided an estimate, responded to emails or calls after that. Ours is certainly not the most expensive project but based on other estimates we received its certainly not inexpensive either.

As a business owner I am always nervous hiring new contractors. That is one reason I am leaving this review, I normally do not leave reviews. Lake Norman Custom Concrete is first rate. It is such a relief to work and deal with true professionals that listen and then deliver one what they say they are going to do. For the great work they do, they should charge more. S o that makes there service a really good value. I would add on another star if Google would let me.

I believe they can do it all. We have been more then impressed, their stamped concrete is beautiful. It looks so great that our neighbors thought we spent a fortune. When I told him the actual cost he was shocked. Said if he had know he would have done his that way in a second! Good group of guys to work with.
