I can testify that there is a REAL PERSON here at Rick’s Lock & Key, not like all these bogus numbers where the same foreign dude answers pretending to be a different shop than the last 10 locksmiths you called looking for a quote 🤣 seriously though Eric was super fast, very professional and very reasonably priced, will be back again no doubt!!!

This place is awesome, I locked my keys in my car while I was on the way to class, and they answered and was there to my rescue in under 30 minutes. They easily unlocked my car and even followed me to an atm because my wallet was also in my car. Amazing! Thankful to yall!

Absolutely amazing service. Hands-down great customer experience. I misplaced the back up key For my container containing anesthetic medication’s for surgery and needed them that day. Ricks team was out there within an hour of me calling them and got it open in 30 minutes. Every other locksmith in a 15 mile radius either wouldn’t come or said they couldn’t do the job. I hope I won’t have to use them again but I know who to call if I’m in a similar situation.

Eric from Rick's came out when he said he'd be here. Nice guy. He was super professional, kind, and explained what he was going to do. Then he did it. No mess, no fuss. He even identified an issue with a lock that the door/lock rep who installed the door didn't even notice -- and the fix made the door lock much more easily. These are our new "GO-TO" lock guys! Thanks Eric!
