Mold and mildew are types of fungi and are alike in many ways, such as they both produce distinct offensive odors, and can cause respiratory ailments. However, their appearance is different: Mold is 3 dimensional, usually somewhat fuzzy, and appears in shades of black, red, blue, and green and mildew appears in 2 dimensional grey and white patches with a powdery texture.

I called them for remediation, and they scheduled remediation immediately that day. Their technician showed up on time. He was polite and informative. We set a date for the protocol, and they were here when I expected them - stayed the amount of time they initially indicated and left my house spotless. I highly recommend them.
