Ryan started working in the decorative concrete industry in 2002 as a laborer for a small residential contractor, cleaning up job sites and wheeling concrete. Through years of hard work and determination he developed skills and experience as a concrete finisher and decorative concrete artisan.
Ryan experienced continued success in the industry as a Field Foreman and Division Manager for some of the largest and most respected concrete contractors in Minnesota.Ryan also has an Associate of Applied Science degree in Architectural Building Technology from the NTI School of Technology, and has spent time as a CAD Designer and Construction Manager.
During his free time, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and five children; camping in the summer and traveling to warm places in the winter are a few family activities they enjoy together. Ryan also enjoys coaching youth sports including hockey and football. We could not be happier with our brand new patio! We initially met with Ryan at our home and had a great brainstorming session about all the options available to us. After the initial sketch and a few revisions we settled on a design and projected start date. Our patio project started exactly as anticipated, even a few days earlier. Master Concrete Company put a finish on my garage floor and it turned out beautiful. Company is professional and and explains the process and asks if there are any questions. Comment I heard recently from a Neighbor is that the garage floor will outlast the house!
Be sure to do the floor at a time when you will have adequate ventilation as it takes a long time for floor smell to go away, this has to do with the product itself.

When replacing an old deck we considered both a new deck or a concrete patio. We then looked at a few different concrete companies and chose Ryan's. Could not be happier. His design for a three tiered stamped and stained patio is perfect. He spent the time to consider the existing grade and the aesthetics of the house so the design "fits". Ryan with Master Concrete installed a large driveway with stamped aprons and walkways. The work was completed on schedule and is high quality. The concrete driveway and stamped walk and aprons look fantastic. We are pleased with the new slope of the driveways that was incorporated for proper drainage. Ryan talked through the project each day and was willing to make adjustments to the project scope as the work progressed. Would recommend Master Concrete for your projects.
