I have over 25 years experience in foundation repairs, I was fortunate to have learned from some of best in the trade. I will always be thankful for the knowledge they shared with me and I hope to continue and honor the tradition of pride in craftsmanship I learned from them. As a small business, my overhead is much lower than the larger companies and that is evident in my pricing on most projects.

Chad has worked for me on several occasions. He's always on time, professional, and leaves the job site cleaner than it was before he showed up. He came out assessed the problem areas and gave us a quote. We had to get cracks filled and the wall braced. He completed everything in a timely manner and it has not leaked to this day!

We had a very small leak in the basement and had been quoted by other repairmen that it was going to be a giant job that would include excavating. The leak was prouring less than half a cup each time a huge downpour happened but never when it was a small storm. Our realtor recommended the basement doctor and we brought him out. He did a fantastic job! We have had 3 large rainstorms since and our basement is perfectly dry! He was quick to come out and fix it, and we feel he was reasonably priced! The best part, he didn’t have to dig at all, the product he uses is minimally invasive to your walls

This is the second time we have had the Basement Doctor Foundation Company do foundation work for us. Once on our own house and just recently on a second house. He has always been efficient, professional, and up front with his work. He will inform you regarding the necessary needs and how he will approach it. If you have questions during the work, he is willing to take the time to answer them. He and his crew will clean up after themselves upon finishing the contracted work. His rate for repair work does not break the bank, and there are no hidden costs with his work. Also if a need arises during

Chad Lee is fantastic! He showed up every time he said he would. He went above and beyond to take care of ALL of the problems we were having. He is truly a hardworking guy with tons of integrity!
He pricing is very reasonable and to be honest, I think he could/ should charge more based on his quality of work.
He was so respectful of our household, 4 kids running around and a cat! He made sure to keep their safety in mind and was genuinely so nice to our entire family.
Chad is a hard worker and we couldn't be more pleased!

Chad Lee and his crew at Basement Doctor Foundation repair done a superb job restructuring our foundation problems. Our basement was a mess structurally. Chad came in and straightened a wall that was bowing and added steel beams to make sure the walls stayed in the position it they should be. If I could rate this company 10 stars i would. Thanks again chad for all your hard work and dedication.

Called chad based on his reviews. Should have known better since there are only about 10, but he has “25 years experience”. He came in a added additional epoxy to some cracks in our foundation that had been repaired by another company Two years Ago (before we bought the house) because we thought new water was coming through there. Turns out that wasn’t where the water was coming from and we still took in water in BOTH areas Chad “repaired”. He didn’t even fill the right areas. Now I’m sure it’s sometimes hard to know for sure, but There was actually a huge hole in the floor my husband

I read the other google reviews and called Chad. The reviews are spot on! He was quick and efficient. He was also clearly knowledgeable in field.
He explained the products he used and the quality of each. Excellent communicator, he explained the job and the costs. The price was very good!! If I ever have issues in the future I will definitely be a repeat customer.

The Basement Doctor, Chad Lee was recently referred to me by a neighbor that had used his services. I met with him and he spent a great deal of time explaining what was needed to be done, what a previous company had done incorrectly and exactly how he could correct my foundation issues. For the amount of time and work that Chad completed on my foundation he was extremely reasonable. He was always on time and completed the work as stated. He was very meticulous and did all of the clean up. He was a very trustworthy guy that I will recommend to anyone that needs foundation repair! Thank you much
