He is AMAZING!! My mom called to schedule his services and the week of, the weather turned and it poured!! She called and rescheduled without ANY problems!! I was amazed at how great they looked!! The next day it rained again!! He gave us a "rain guarantee", but it wasn't needed, they still looked great after the storm! But it was nice to know he would come back if needed!

Had Window Cowboys out to clean our windows a couple weeks ago. They did a great job. We liked that they came to our house to see the job before giving a quote (rather than switching it up and having hidden charges). They were great with our overly friendly pups, and were on time and thorough. The windows were in rough shape, only being thoroughly cleaned one other time. When the tech was gone, all windows, screens, and tracks were in great shape. We had one upstairs one that had some spots on it, and the owner of the company himself came out to fix it same day. I had to find a company to clean my 95 y/o great-aunts windows. I needed someone professional, timely and respectful. That is exactly what I got with Window Cowboys. Bryan and his employee showed up right on the dot and proceeded to clean, clean clean.
My great-aunt has a 50+ y/o home with a french window that is 20 feet tall. I could not believe how fast and thoroughly they cleaned every single pane inside and out. Absolutely sparkling. Spotless-that's what they are! The guys got here on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up and were out of here in great time. I had more windows than I thought but they just handled it (screens and tracks too) - they even did my 6 x 10 mantle to (vaulted) ceiling high mirror---I don't think it's ever been that clean!

I had window cowboy's come out and do our gutters and windows. Bryan was extremely professional and had top of the line equipment. They were nononsense. Our windows looked incredible. I think they should be called window genies because from explaining to them what I wanted to checking the finished work was seamless and quick. I would definitely recommend their services. On 6/27/14 Had Window Cowboy's clean my windows, screens and blinds as well as the homes exterior. I was disappointed in how the project was handled as Brian had only 1 guy come out. He arrived at 7am (30 min late) and was still working after 5pm. This was not a small job and should have been handled by at least 2 people or even 3. Matt was doing his best but again way too big a job for one person. He was exhausted by the end of the day so I understand his missing cleaning several of the tracks. Window Cowboys cleaned my windows and screens at my house right before we hosted a wedding in our backyard. The window on my sliding glass door was so clean, my guest kept walking into the closed door and hitting the glass. I literally had to put a sign on the door so people could see the door was closed. They did such a great job. My wife and I are very happy and would recommend using them to others.

We've been using Window Cowboys for the last few years and have been very happy with their service. Bryan is a great guy and is continually improving his service. For example, he's found a process using deionized water that allows him to wash narrow windows faster because he doesn't have to use a squeegee. It also allows him to bring much less water into the house in general, which leads to less mess.
