Air Duct Maintenance, Inc. was founded in 1996 by Kevin and Debbie L'Herbier. The L'Herbier family has owned and operated this growing organization from the ground up. We have made air duct cleaning our specialty, whether it is your heating and cooling system, your clothes dryer vent, your bath exhaust vent, or even your chimney.
We are certified members of the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) and follow the strict cleaning standards and code of ethics set forth. We use the most up to date duct cleaning equipment alongside the most powerful vacuum trucks in the industry. All of our technicians must pass a thorough background check and drug screening prior to employment.
For your convenience, residential air duct cleaning services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They also cleaned the exhaust fan in the main bathroom. They removed all vents for heat and cold air return, and cleaned them in the washtub. They cleaned the AC coil inside the furnace. I had all my ducts disinfected and deodorized also. I have a whole house humidifier and wanted to make sure all bacteria was destroyed before using after the cleaning. I already had a new air filter and humidifier panel on hand. They installed them for me also. They were very careful and neat while working. Very little dirt and debris that escaped during the process. What little mess there was, they cleaned up

Ben showed up on time and was respectful of my property. He cleaned out the ducts from my clothes dryer to the outside exit. He was friendly and knowledgeable, explaining what he was doing and why. I will be calling them for the service on a yearly basis and it is nice not to have to worry about having a dryer fire.

Air Duct Maintenance was the absolute BEST! They were so friendly, helpful and professional from the scheduling team to the on site staff. They made the experience a breeze. There is a noticeable difference in the quality in which my dryer now works and the quality of the air in the house as well, which was all fairly priced and a great value. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking!

They did a great job. There was much more than I expected for cleaning my duct work with all the tools they used. It was quite a production. This is our first house and the first time we did this so I didn't know what to expect.. Very friendly and kind people and transparent with their prices

I would 100% recommend this company and not hesitate to refer them to others for any airduct cleaning needs. Throughout every interaction they were extremely friendly and accommodating, and made the scheduling process seamless.
On the day of service the techs were on time and very respectful of both my space and the renters in the other unit. They were efficient and very professional.
Last but not least, they shared some before/after photos with me and... WOW! The results were amazing. It is scary to think about all the debris I was previously breathing in. My air has never tasted fresher! Thank

Both Greg and Chad were honest, highly trained and experienced professionals. They answered all of my questions and comprehensively explained the processes. I have every confidence that my ducts were thoroughly cleaned and disinfected by these experienced and knowledgeable practitioners!
I am a fastidious homeowner, and they were so tidy that I did not have to go around cleaning up after they left!
They deserve a raise!

ADM was recommended to me by my local HVAC/Plumbing contractor whom I have relied on for decades for prompt and reliable service at both my residence and at my rental property. I was very pleased with ADM service. During my first phone call, they explained what services could be provided and were able to give me a prompt call-back quote over the phone based on my simple description of the properties (# and types of rooms, furnaces) and (I assume) some on-line research for confirmation. Neither of the two national name brands I also contacted would give me a quote until after an appointment and
