We were on schedule at 9:30 they never got there to 9:50. They did call and say they would be late cause they had to stop and get breakfast. I have a one bedroom apartment and only moved 1 mile up the street. They got done at 1:37. Dropped a few boxes, ran into doors with the dolly, they truly acted like they did not know how to move. Asking us where are stuff goes when it’s clearly marked on the boxes and we got charged $580.

This review is slightly mixed. I appreciate the movers coming out on a day that wasn’t great for moving. We had a lot of heavy items and they did great trying to get our things moved. The reason for this review mostly is because after having other heavy items delivered later in the day I realized this company doesn’t exactly take care of their employees as well as they could. They weren’t all wearing shoes that were conducive to moving, which should be a company policy to protect them from hurting themselves. They also didn’t appear to know body mechanics because they way the lifted items

Positive: Professionalism
It was Isaiah who made this move successful. I had exercise equipment and heavy books and Isaiah organized it and was so positive and worked non stop for me. Always ask for Isaiah and you will be in good hands. He is an experienced pro. Everyone else including Thomas and Chante worked so hard!!!

We did not use this moving company only because we found a local company rather than an out of town company. I feel it is important for me to share for others looking for a company in the Jacksonville area that the receptionist was very professional, and polite. Moving can be very stressful and it is nice to know that there are moving companies who are compassionate and try to help. others..

A crew of hard-working, very polite guys that worked through ridiculous heat (100 DEGREES) to get my belongings from one house to another in a single day. Four bedroom to four bedroom, washer and dryer, bedroom sets, you name it, they did it. Great prices, would absolutely hire again if I needed another move, and would recommend to any friend I know in the area.

My roommate and I needed a moving company to help us put furniture in our storage unit. They came over for a free estimate and set us up with a fair price. When they came later to begin the move the crew was incredibly professional and wasted no time getting straight to the task at hand. From the very beginning of the process "It's Your Move" was responsive and quick to answer questions. Mr. Tucker took the time to explain the insurance process and offered sound advice. We had a piano as well as other cherished ( heavy) items. Not to mention a new home with new hardwood floors. No damage to items and no damage to floors. They moved with the utmost care and thought. They were able to move my couch to my new apartment! It's a big couch and I had no idea how I would be able to get it up a flight of stairs and through the doorway! They are good at what they do and knew to take the couch apart 🤯 I didn't even know you could do that!!! They got it in with no problems and now my dogs are happy!
