I picked PSD because they are a local family run outfit and I liked the reviews on Yelp. So I called, they came out with samples and quoted a price that I liked. A week later, the order arrived and they installed the door to my liking. They had to go the extra mile and do some custom cutting and trimming around the door and the end product is super nice. I recommend whole heartily.

Yea my screen doors are in. First Carl came out did a measurement and sent a quote over that same night he is fast and responsive. I placed my deposit and in 3 or 4 days he called me back to schedule the install. The installer was on time and did a wonderful job and explained how everything works. After the work was complete he cleaned everything up very professional pictures added before and after. Info I did get 3 quotes and all were about the same price I just got a good feeling about Carl and his team. HomeDepot screen doors I looked at and thank god I didn't get them they are garbage

My sister and I purchased screen doors and are so pleased. Carl was so friendly and came out to give us an estimate. They doors were installed today and Cody and John did an outstanding job. They not only installed the doors, but cleaned up the entire area before they left. I highly recommend them for any of your screen door needs. The doors are high quality and beautiful. Nice, friendly, honest service. So far experience has been overall good. They replaced a retracting screen which looks and works well.
I have three minor gripes
1. I never received an invoice for the work performed. If a problem arises I have no records of their work.
2. Poor follow up. They were supposed to reach back out to replace some hardware which had rusted and to measure a door to replace the existing old screen. It's been a week and all I've heard is crickets. More business awaits fellas!
3. Would have been excellent A++ service if the guy would have cleaned the screen

I work for a local window/door company and came across a security door recently installed at a potential customer for me. Door was beautiful both in looks and install. I needed some info regarding their install method and my concerns about damaging the security screen when replacing the door it protects. What a great company. We bought a security screen door and are so happy with it. We have recommended this company to numerous people. Carl came out and measured the door and gave us some tips on color, style, etc. Once we ordered it, we were told it would be approximately 3 weeks for it to be completed. Carl actually called a little earlier than 3 weeks to schedule the installation.
When it was installed they were actually earlier than the scheduled installation time. They called prior to arriving to confirm that it would be okay to come earlier. They were very efficient and professional

About 12 days later, Carl did reach out to me and was very apologetic about the work that was done. Just to be clear the original work was not done by Carl, but members of his team. He personally came out to my home and fixed the problem himself. I appreciated the professionalism and wish many other businesses who have mishaps can own up to their mistakes and rectify it like Carl has done.

I bought a Security Screen and replacement screens for sliders and windows. Pacific Screen was fantastic. Cody did the installation and was courteous, polite, and understanding of trying to work around the dog. The installation was done quickly, he cleaned when he was finished, and sought my assurance for the completed work. I've just referred them to a neighbor who asked and admired the door. The only issue was the back order of the door I selected taking longer than planned, but during Covid, that is understandable that the Supply Chain had delays. Thank you Pacific Screen!

I was having trouble finding a contractor who would do a job as small as just a single screen door here in Leisure World. I was finally told to call Carl at Pacific Screen Doors by one of his competitors who knew of the relationship Carl had with Leisure World. Carl and his son Cody were at my house within a couple of hours and gave me the quote. They took care of all of the details including the permit in less than a week. Carl and his team are awesome! This is the second time I've used him for screens and both times his service was A+. His prices were less expensive than the two other companies I contacted and he replaces screens on-site as opposed to the companies that need to take your screen for a couple days before returning it. Carl, is great. He knows his products very well. I just received a double door screen door, patio security screen door and two security window screens. Carl was on time, efficient and professional when installing my screens. I could not be happier with the quality of my new security screens. Several of my neighbors came over to look at them and marveled at how well made and nice they look. I have the added bonus of secure screen doors that have a key lock and can not be tampered with. The added "fire escape latch" on the inside of each screen is a invaluable safety feature.

If you need a custom screen door professionally installed, this is the place to go. Already knew of my housing association's weird measurements, so saved me a week by not having to schedule an appointment for that and could simple order the door right away! Once it came in, he worked with my weird schedule to get the door installed. In the end, it was done in under a half hour! He also took the time to clean his work space afterward, which I very much appreciated. It was a bit pricier than I was hoping for, but the ease and final outcome makes it worth it in my eyes.

Called them for a quote and then an installation. The whole process took about 10 days, from the initial call, to the estimate, to the installation. They brought a small sample door for the estimate so I could see the quality of the workmanship on the doors. It's much heavier guage than what you find in the home improvement stores.
Everything was as promised. The installation is professional and a great fit. They puttied up the old latch holes and added molding to fill in the door frame so the door fits nice and snug wiht no gaps.
I think the price is spot on for the quality of the door
