They have been dependable, prompt, professional, courteous and very accommodating when needed. Modern Maid, a Residential and Commercial Cleaning Service has been in operation since 1981.
We have contracted Modern Maid since 1997. They have never missed a scheduled cleaning during that time. We have also found them to be very hardworking(Mary/Linda) and trust them explicitly as we have never had a hint of anything missing or out of place. And best of all, they bring treats for our dogs.
Since 1981 Modern Maid has found that we meet people best through recommendation. This service/company is a COMPLETE JOKE! After the first failed clean where they did not clean the kitchen floors, dusted around picture frames, and did not wipe down even the cabinet faces I was told one of the staff members was going through something and they would change the people who cleaned. I had to keep having them back because they kept owing me money and would not issue a refund. I paid for 2 hours but they never were there for 2 hours. The icing on the cake is I moved houses and asked for them to clean for the new buyers. Pictures below of their "clean." There was literally nothing
