I would recommend A1 if you need a dumpster! They are the cheapest that I could find, they delivered my dumpster on the day that was scheduled. I used the online form to order a dumpster and it was quick and easy. I had a change of plans and needed the dumpster longer, and they were extremely accommodating and rescheduled my pickup time with ease and generosity. Not sure how they could have made this experience better.

The ordered dumpster arrived a day late and was picked up over a day late. I called them 3 times on the pick up day to let them know how important our Thursday pick up was as we closed on our house the next day. Unless you want to be frustrated and upset, spend your money with another company. I wish I read the reviews before choosing this company.
I called them the morning after, and the caller stated: "The pick up is down for AM ASAP." They finally picked up their dumpster at 11AM. The movers

We ordered a dumpster and told them it was needed ASAP. The drop off was a day late then scheduled. When i called to check on the status, a guy said he would check with the drivers and get back to me if he could get one delivered but never returned my phone call. Then when the driver dropped off, he rubbed up against the tree branches and took out a few leaves and smaller branches . When he came to pick up, the driver broke off multiple tree branches! These were larger tree branches that even my neighbors heard snap. They seen the whole thing unfold. The driver acted as if he didn’t see or hear

Great people, service and best prices in the metro area. I rented a 15Y Dumpster for a week and realized it wasn't enough time for my schedule. I called them asking if possible to keep it for more days, they extended the time for a few more days with no extra charge. You guys rock👍🏼

This company is horrible and will never ever use them again. I initially called on a Wednesday and said I would like a Dumpster for Friday the lady stated Friday is full but I can have one dropped off Thursday and picked up on Friday. I stated that would be great since we have other projects going on did not want a Dumpster sitting all weekend. Well that was the end of my good service they didn't pick up Friday that following Monday 05/11/2020 I called and asked will it picked up she stated they were busy and that it could be sitting until Wednesday. We get dumpsters from these folks at work, for spring cleanup. Have also seen their dumpsters around town a lot lately... So, thought I'd try them for a small roof job near Afton, MN. The person that answered the phone seemed busy and a bit short with me. Took my number and hastily stated she'd need to check if they go that far - took my number and said she'd call back. Crickets... One week later I've moved on.

Ordering, delivery and pickup were easy and quick. No phone trees or complicated processes, just real people on the phone. Also feels nice to support the local guy.
Where they really earned 5 stars was with customer service. I had an issue with the weight of my rolloff being too heavy and was charged for it. I called them and was able to resolve the issue over the phone in a matter of minutes. I'd recommend A1.

I ordered the dumpster for a Monday and when it did not arrive (without any notice) I had to call and it was delivered on Tuesday, Not great but ok. I then filled it sent a message through their web site the following Monday morning that it was ready to be picked up and asked that they email me or call me that they got the message. No reply. I call Monday afternoon and get OK, your on the pick up list. Wednesday and large dumpster still in my driveway. I call and they yep, will be picking it up. Thursday, still a dumpster. We needed a roll off for our roofing project and ended up with A1 because they were the only company who could get me the dumpster delivered on the needed day. I'm giving 2 stars because they did deliver on time. However I was a nervous wreck because the driver only had a couple of tiny boards instead of long ones and I was afraid of my concrete driveway getting wrecked. We were very clear when we ordered that we wanted the dumpster dropped off one day and picked up the next. They dropped off the dumpster with no issues.
However, the dumpster was not picked up the next day. We called and asked and they said they'd move it to their priority list.

A-1 was fantastic. The whole experience was completely opposite from what previous reviewers described. I called their phone number and was greeted by a super customer service person. She helped be arrange a Rolloff and even gave me a discount. The next day a 15 cu ft dumpster was delivered. The driver was extremely professional. He even put boards down to protect my driveway. The pick up date arrived and they showed up like clockwork and picked up my dumpster. Leaving my driveway un-scared and my house Ohhh Sooo much cleaner. There were no overage charges and I have to say...I was so impressed

I placed an order for the dumpster with this company, then checked out reviews. Never will I do that again. I called to cancel the order the same day I placed it and was told I'd be charged a $100 cancellation fee. Fine, we'll go ahead with them.
THEN, we received the wrong sized dumpster and were charged more than what they quoted me. When I called to complain the girl was extremely rude and told me it was all in the contract (which I didn't receive until the bill came). I will remember her name always such that she never is hired at a company I work for.

1. Clients asks for metal box.
2. You drop off metal box.
3. Pick up metal box on date agreed.
4. Make money.
I ordered a 10 yard dumpster. Came late. Filled up the box 2/3 full, come back the next day, box is gone. I call the company and deal with, and I'm not kidding here, the worst customer service I have ever experienced (and I lived in Italy for 10 years folks).
Defensive, finger pointing, rude, interrupting...horrible. It's like we were married after 12 seconds
