I walked into the backyard after the masons finished rebuilding the chimney, and I realized I had never paid too much attention to it before. But I have to say that a beautiful chimney is something to behold! I highly recommend All American for the craftsmanship of their masons, ease of scheduling the estimate and the work dates, and in particular, the clear communication with Sylvia!

We had our oil furnace flue cleaned and the young man (Jeremy, I think) who did the work was knowledgeable and informative about the condition of the flue. He did a fantastic job and we feel safe knowing there isn't a fire hazard lurking anymore. Calling and talking with Sylvia in the office is a delightful experience. (She is also prompt in responding to email inquiries, which is more important IMHO). :-) I would recommend them if you were looking for courteous staff and reasonably priced service.

I was in need of an emergency sweep for my wood-burning stove and, after numerous failed attempts to procure services from other companies, All American Masonry & Sweeps came to the rescue. Though I paid a fee for the rushed service, I didn't mind, since the job was well done and my request was made at the height of the season. I was especially pleased with Sylvia's communication---she was responsive and very forthright and honest.

After 25 years the zero clearance fireplace needed some serious attention to the refractory panels and a good yearly cleaning for all my chimneys. On a recommendation from a neighbor I contacted Sylvia at All American Masonry and soon enough I had people at the house cleaning my chimneys and taking measurement for the refractory panels. A week later the guys were back with the panels and chimney cap. All professionally done and at a price that can’t be beat ! Found a company that cares about service and their customers. I’ll be seeing them again soon !

I called to have some work done in my house that I was selling, so I needed it done relatively quickly. Although they were booked through January, Sylvia went above and beyond to help me out. She was quick with responses, very professional and was even able to fit me in and schedule an appointment to get all of the work I requested done within a week! An HVAC technician told us our oil burner was exhausting dangerous fumes into the basement of our old house because our chimney was completely clogged! He shut off the oil burner for safety reasons, and so we were without hot water. I called several chimney cleaning businesses, but Sylvia at All American called me back first.
