Cushions are extremely comfortable, very well made and fit my outdoor furniture perfectly. I had to order custom chaise lounge cushions because my lounges are so long. They did an excellent job on them. I have had them outdoors all summer, no fading and easily cleaned the few times something was spilled. Would definitely purchase them again!

First I ordered the free samples they offer which is always great with custom anything.
They arrived in about 5 days.
The lead time was 4-6 weeks and the cushions arrived closer to the 4 week timeline.
They were perfect. The cushions are an odd size that is impossible to find in the stores.
The foam is the perfect density. They are firm enough to not pancake out, but soft enough to be comfortable.

Pick out the fabric (pattern, color, and quality), pick out the cushion style, location of the ties, and the exact size you need. What could be better? Plus, their pricing is very reasonable. But even more important, the resulting cushion(s) are the best I've seen anywhere. They are firmly stuffed and nice and thick, so siting or laying on them is so very comfortable. Nothing is missing from this experience of purchasing replacement cushions from Cushion Connection. I am now anxiously waiting for the delivery of cushions for my chase lounges. I highly recommend Cushion Connection.

I love my cushions!! I ordered new cushions for my screened porch sofa and rocking chairs. They are gorgeous!!!! I ordered a striped pattern for the sofa and a coordinated solid for the rockers. They are better than I imagined. Thick, sturdy and so comfy. The customer service was excellent and I couldn’t find a better price anywhere. Not even close. I highly recommend this company.

Just received 6 chair and 1 chaise lounge cushions, along with a matching umbrella. Could not be happier with all the items. Picked a Sunbrella fabric which is the way to go and I could not be happier with the quality and comfort of the cushions. Melissa in customer support was a huge and patient help while we worked our way through the fabric choice. Once we placed our order, we received all the pieces in one delivery and in just 4 weeks. We are extremely happy with our new cushions. They are thicker and better quality than the old cushions. Our order was delayed because the blue & white striped Sunbrella fabric was on back order and Melissa, the Customer Service Rep, went to extreme lengths to find an alternate fabric for us, providing sample swatches and sticking with us through the decision process. Then she discovered that the original fabric had come in and rushed our order through the production process. We received our new cushions 10 days after the fabric became available! Amazing! We would give Cushion Connection 10 stars

This was the WORST online experience I've ever had. Receive my cushions many weeks later than I would have expected. Horrible, cheaply made.
Cushions are so thin, I can feel the seat base.
Ordered with ties and came without ties.
No communication with them until I called them after weeks of waiting.
