My experience with Maicus lumber has always been positive. Dwayne and Debbie are conscientious and courteous. Whenever I’ve needed propane they have always been there following through. Dwayne is careful to make sure that everything is safe and I feel like he really cares about his customers. He goes out of his way to be pleasant and helpful.

Up until now I never had anything negative to say about Maicus. They have always worked with us and were always really wonderful. It’s the most recent dealings that have forced us to do business elsewhere. At our last delivery, it was noted that the regulator on our tank was bad. The tank is not ours, but is owned by maicus. We were told they would be out the next day to replace it. No one ever showed up. Because of this we went through the propane almost twice as fast and were forced to call to inquire about replacing the regulator. They did come and do that, however they nailed us with a $90
