My experience With Delta Plumbing was Amazing! The Service Was Top Tier.. Everything Was Communicated Effectively & Customer Satisfaction Was A Clear Priority. My Apartment Was Flooded With Sewer Water And They Were Able To Analyze The Problem Find The Source And Resolve The Issue In No Time. The Employees Were Very Professional And Considerate. Overall 10/10 experience! Highly Recommended.

They did a great job and gave me a few options to get the solution that suited my needs. They were pretty accurate with their first intitial estimate. Their prices were fair and I didn't feel overly gouged. The work performed was clean, quality and thorough.

After calling 4 different plumbers last week to come fix my water heater, Delta plumbing was the only one that was quick and responsive and had it fixed the same day that I called. The other 3 companies all said they would send someone and they never did! This left me taking cold showers for 3 days until finally I found these guys. I am usually not one to write reviews, but I was amazed by the superior service I received from them in contrast to their competitors.

I wish I could give NO stars. This company is TERRIBLE!! I had booked an appointment a week ahead of time to install a couple items. They gave me a time frame of 4 hours on a set date. Nobody showed up. I called and they sent another guy out that afternoon. This guy actually had the nerve to tell me he couldn't do the job because he can't lift anything because he was hurt, then left!!!!!! Nightmare of a company!!!

Would not recommend. Poor communication and ended up not even showing up for the job at all after cancelling last minute two times. Essentially blamed me for missing the first appointment, then said his plumber quit 5 minutes after he was supposed to arrive for the second appointment. There's too many other reliable and honest companies available to bother dealing with delta.

These guys are flakes. I called them to do a small repair on an outdoor faucet. We agreed upon a time window for the following day. That time window comes and goes. I call them up and he says he never got my address. I ask why he didn't just call me and get it, or text since we had been texting back and forth. His reply "errr, I lost your number because I was texting other clients." Okay.....we set up another window for the next day. I wait around and the window once again passes. I call owner up. Oh my guy just quit on me. Okay...why don't you come and do the job? his response

I left a voicemail for Delta Plumbing; Shawn, the owner, called me back almost immediately. Despite having a full schedule of work the next day, he did not think he would be able to fit me in. However, he asked if he could come early in the morning--I said, no problem! The job I had required him to crawl beneath my house on his belly all the way to the other side of the house. He did a spectacular job running a water line from one side of the house to the other. You can tell that the finished faucet attached to the outer wall of the house was installed by a true professional. The work was done

I have called Shaun on numerous occasions now to do plumbing for us and I honestly could not be happier with his services. He is extremely experienced, works very fast and efficient, and knows everything from top to bottom. I defintely recommend him he's is one of the nicest guys you'll meet, could not ask for better
