ZERO STARS DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE GREEDY DISGUSTING BUSINESS FOR CAMP FIRE VICTIMS!- I was a customer for SEVEN years when I moved to LA and paid on time every month. When the fire hit in Nov 2018, my family lost everything. I was happy to find out my storage unit was still standing. I had to move to Napa from LA to take care of my family after… the fire being that they lost all of their houses. Needless to say, finances were a bit rough so my unit became late. The grace period here USED to be 30 days, but I assumed they were giving longer grace periods due to the fire because I didn&rsquo

I am going out of my way to write this review due to the service of one Stellar employee! John was incredibly knowledgeable and extremely friendly! I really can't think of anything else I would expect from a storage facility that John couldn't offer. It was refreshing to see this level of professionalism. I simply can not say enough good things about John and the care we get with Extra Self-Storage. This last year has been difficult with the sudden loss of my father. He has been storing his things there for years. When he passed and things were crazy John was beyond sensitive and helpful. Always friendly, and ready to help me fix whatever needed to be done. The whole place is clean, and well cared for. You never have to worry about your unit being broken into or damaged. Thanks to John going to the storage unit isn't a chore and I look forward to his happy character.

Worst company I've ever dealt with IN MY LIFE. My mom passed away and they made it near impossible to get in to her storage unit. Even after I had the proper documentation, they still tried to tell me it wasn… 't enough until I told them I'd contacted 2 lawyers who said I had everything I needed. Victoria, the manager was literally the rudest person I've ever had to deal with. Zero empathy for the fact that i had just lost my mom and acted so extremely put out to work with me. There are tons of storage companies out there and my advice to you is steer clear of this one!

We have had a storage unit with Extra Self-Storage ( Paradise, California) for twelve (12) years and have been completely satisfied with this company. The area is very clean, staff helpful and willing to answer any and all questions in a timely manner. We have no use at this time for a storage unit and cleaned out the one we had and by that evening we received the "Move-Out Complete" document. If we need a unit in the future Extra Self-Storage will be the first one we'll contact.
