We had a insert installed this past week and it's fantastic! Brian, Eddy and Orville are amazing and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Brian had an opening and we got our insert the next week. We would recommend Fireplace Wholesale to everyone!

From the minute we walked in until our fireplace was installed, Brian was fantastic to work with. He helped us pick something within our budget but excellent quality. Brian installed our new wood burning insert in 2012. He was very patient as we looked at fireplaces and answered all our questions. He was very knowledgeable and professional. our fire place has been flawless from the first day. Brian personally installed it for us and did a great job! Since that day I have referred him to my mother, and two of my sisters. They have been very happy with him and with their fireplaces. Went to see this company after being ignored by alpine in meridian. Brian seemed friendly enough and made it seem like this would be rather easy and we could be installed before thanksgiving. We began this process in late September. Everything was quoted and we decided to purchase and pay 50% down to get everything ordered. I then waited for 6 weeks with no word or update and when I called an asked about it, I was informed the factory was behind. When the unit finally arrived and we were ready for install the team arrived around noon and began work with the promise to be done that night cause they

Brian was the worst vendor we have worked with. Totally ignored us when we walked into his showroom and then had a very abrupt and arrogant manner. We decided to work directly with our HVAC guy installing the fireplace rather than dealing with Brian and Fireplace Wholesale directly. The HVAC guy ordered a trim piece, charged us $160 and we didn't need it. Fireplace Wholesale wouldn't accept it as a return as they can't return it to the mfr. So we feel that both Fireplace Wholesale and Napoleon are poor in the area of Customer Service/Satisfaction. In the future we likely will not buy from either

ATTENTION ALL REALTORS:
If you are a licensed realtor looking for a repair on RE10 work, do not bring your business here. The work was done, but they refused to get us a copy of the invoice in a timely fashion, which jeopardized the closing for both our seller, and the other parties buyers. Work was completed the Wednesday before closing on that Friday. It was specified to them upon hiring them the previous MONDAY that we would need an invoice as soon as possible (prior to Friday) however when myself and my assistant called in, we both were told that "we'll get to it when we get to it". Worst experience ever. Customer service is horrible. It took over 2 months to completely install pellet stove which should have been completed in a a day. Installer would schedule time and never show, no courtesy call or anything. I would highly recommend if your interested in pellet stove shop else where.
A year later My igniter is not working trying to schedule maintenance and has already been over a week with no scheduled time yet for repair. I'm not sure how this place stays in business...
