Services
Leven started in the pool/spa industry in 2005 after his stint in the U.S. Marine Corps ended. He brings hard work and dedication to the service department at Texas Leisure. Laura is in charge of making sure all of Texas Leisure's clients get their invoices on time and correct. Laura is a graduate of Texas A&M and is a high school honors teacher by trade.
This fee is charged as an initial diagnosis to figure what is causing your spa or pool not to function properly. This is an upfront fee that is due on the first trip. We start with your dirty spa and make it look brand new again. We will treat with a very powerful purge chemical that will kill 98% of all living bacteria within the first minute.
Owning a spa or pool should be enjoyable and trouble-free. This is only possible if your spa or pool is properly maintained. To ensure that you get the most enjoyment and the cleanest, safest water there are six keys to the proper spa and pool care. After being mistreated at several local pool shops, I decided to check this place out and Kelly helped me the second I walked in and made sure I was fully taken care of and made sure I found the right chlorine for my above ground pool and made sure I was completely satisfied before I left Texas Leisure Pools and Spas! He'll get it handled quickly. Also, thanks to Stephanie, who promptly scheduled the appointment. Great company and very reasonable.

We had issues with our pool after the big DFW freeze and Bobby was amazing! He came out and looked at all of our equipment, made recommendations and was able to fix our pump and update old equipment so we didn't go a summer without being able to use the pool! He was very professional and I would highly recommend him and Texas Leisure Pools for any of their services!!

After the Texas freeze my pool, had many broken parts, and was very green from not running. I highly recommend Texas Leisure Pools to repair your pool needs. Bobby B was my service representative. This man produced miracles for me. Very conscious to find lowest price per part. Great personality and very knowledgeable. I Highly recommend TX Leisure pools and Spas, I just used them for an acid wash of my pool. It was bad with Black Algae. As you can see by the pictures, Caleb did a great Job! the last photo says it all, He went above and beyond. Hanging on the lip of the pool while cleaning it. It is crystal clear today.

Love, Love, Texas Leisure Pools and Spas
I found them when I needed to get a hot tub repaired and couldn't find anyone to do it.
Ended up getting a bigger, new hot tub with the help of Levin. They do weekly service for us, and all of the technicians are great, but I especially like Kelly. We also have had yearly maintenance done, and warranty repair.
Can't recommend them more.

While I have had repeated negative experiences with the weekly pool cleaning service, I was very impressed with Bobby's Helpful and expert repair service. He was professional and got right down to business. My pump stoped working the day before and I was desperately to get it working. Bobby got right to work finding the problem. I thought I had an air leak on the input. He lost no time finding an O-ring was leaking then he lubricated it and reseated it the pump worked great. He was also helpful with some other pool questions I had. For, pool cleaning, my wife met Jim yesterday for the first time

I used TX Leisure for pool cleaning and they did anything but. They were supposed to come every week and I was lucky if they came once a month. When they did come, they were here for less than 5 minutes. I had to call the office on a weekly basis to complain. Not only was my pool green and filthy, they blamed me that I had too many trees in my yard. They also broke my pump (likely on purpose). After I finally fired them, I had to install security cameras around the house for fear that they would come back and cause more damage. I wouldn't wish the stress they caused me on anyone. Stay

Texas Leisure Pool & Spas is a company built with integrity. My husband and I had finally purchased a spa for physical therapy; plus, we were moving, so this would help me/us greatly.
Enter Covid-19 and California (which is where our spa was sitting) shutting down.
Leven went above and beyond, making calls to the spa's president to ensure we receive what we payed for. It took a long, long time and I know it wasn't a fun process for him, because many walls were being hit, yet he never relented.
The result was we received our spa, trucked directly from another factory in Mexico

Initially, I was impressed as they called right back, made a quick appointment and put a band-aid on our broken spa. But it's been almost 7 weeks now and it's still not been repaired permanently. They have missed an appointment, showed up with inexperienced workers who weren't prepared with tools to move the spa for repairs, and are still putting us off. It's now off the pad and sitting there empty in the middle of our patio. I hate giving negative reviews but I wouldn't want anyone else to have to go through all of this. Well Services Were Good The First couple Weeks. After having Service With Texas Leisure for about 6 months at $35 a Week And Only Having to Service a Small HotTub we Ended Our Extra Babysitting Job Today. After receiving a Notice That we Needed to Fill up our Hot tub which was Part Of What we Pay For we Must Part ways.

We have known the owners from their previous service to us -for years- and are happy they now have their own business. Their service has always been exemplary and customers will benefit from their company.
We just purchased a new hot tub from them and the entire process couldn't have been easier or friendlier- always customer oriented with no pressure involved. After two weeks (only!) from purchase date to install we are enjoying all the benefits a good hot tub provides and are very grateful for it.
