If you don't have a ton of debris to dispose of, or don't have the space to fit a large dumpster on your property, our 10 yard dumpster would be best for you. The 10 yard dumpster is small and ideal for residential debris removal, smaller DIY projects, and general household clean up. The 20 yard dumpster is usually seen at medium sized residential projects, as well as smaller construction jobs.
The first step when renting a dumpster is simple. Call in and tell us about your project. use this company if you need a dumpster to rent. The verbal discussion agreed upon doesn't reflect the service provided. They are a bunch of crooks. They do not even have their own dumpsters. They use other sources to obtain their dumpsters. They applied charges to my credit card without discussion. If I knew all the stipulations that came thereafter, I would not have EVER used these crooks. I should have read the reviews first about this company. Lessoned learned.

Negotiated a price for a 30-yard dumpster, then UD.com changed the text on the contract to read "20-yard", which is what was delivered. Not big enough for the job, which is why I ordered a 30 YARD dumpster. Then when I complained, they simply said, Well, you signed the contract". THIEVING BAIT AND SWITCH MFers. Extremely dishonest company - DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

Having recently heard Del Puckets story regarding his dealings with this company, I personally would never recommend such a dishonest and absolutely unprofessional company. After reading many reviews, I can only conclude that their behaviour is consistently devious. Find yourself another dumpster supplier people, these crooks will ruin your week, if not your year.

Do not call this company!! They only use third party dumpster companies and have very poor communication with them but what can you expect when all of their representatives work from home in different parts of the nation and have no communication between them. Not to mention they are EXTREMELY overpriced. What I paid for 2 15 yard dumpsters I could have rented 4 20 yard ones. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! You will be better off waiting a few more days on a local company and will save a lot more!

LATE with dumpster swaps EVERY single time. They ALWAYS say they will call me back with an ETA and not 1 time has that happened. I advise anyone who needs services in a timely fashion to go with any other provider. If you don't mind being lied to and getting services when they feel like it versus when you need it then this is the place for you. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Was looking at several companies and decided on this one but regret doing so. Ordered a 20yd dumpster, then the next day get a call that the 20 yard isn't available and we could do a larger one with 3 tons or a smaller one with the same 2 tons allowed. We figured the smaller one would be fine even though we had to pay the same price. We didn't even fill it and got charged over-tonnage. So... guess we should have got the larger one with 3 tons and saved a lot of money... seems very unfair. I had ordered a dumpster for 2 weeks, and then ordered another one right afterwards. When I called the number on the dumpster on a Friday for pick up on the last day, I was told that there was no one in the area on the pick up date and they would get it the next business day(Monday). I was charged two extra days. When I called to speak to someone, I was given the run around and told it was my issue not theirs. I should have known to call another number. I WONT use this company again. $1000.00 in business and possibly another $500.00 for overcharging $40. is poor customer service.

Rented a dumpster for what I thought was only one week but *be sure to read the fine print* because you actually have to call them to pick it up. So they charged me over $400 more for a dumpster I did not need. Additionally they said they would drop it off between 9 and 10am and I had my contractor waiting there with no one showing up. I finally got a call from someone in the afternoon saying they were on their way. It was a good thing my contractor could be there at that time. This is what happens when you try to outsource everything and run an online business. Would not recommend. Go with someone
