In 1991, Viking Pools introduced its Crystite(R) finishes to the North American market. At that time, no other US manufacturer was offering any other colors except White and Light Blue. In fact, up until about four years ago (2006) almost no other manufacturer producing pools in the United States offered anything but White and Light Blue.
Due to the non-porous finish of our pools, fewer chemicals are needed because algae is less prone to attach to smoother surfaces. Additionally, less cleaning will have to be performed using automatic pool cleaners saving electricity. When automatic pool cleaners are used, the time it takes to clean the pool will be reduced saving additional energy.

Spent a lot of money on a pool and have nothing but problems with the lighting system. When the pool package was sold it was told that I had a life time warranty on the pool but have been trying for 4 plus years to get the pool light fixed and they have been busy for 4 years. Again tried asking for a repair and given the run around again and passing the buck for me to call another pool company.. omg why would I call someone else..I paid for a service from this company.
