The technician, Edgar Sierra arrived on time. Edgar came with a smile and wasted no time getting to work on my door. He was very thorough and meticulous, double checking to assure that the retainer and weather stripping he installed was secure. His professionalism made me confident that he would do a good job; and he did!

Great service! Show up right on time for their appointment, and was able to have the job completed within the hour. No BS around prices or "we quoted this, but the job was actually that", I paid exactly what I was quoted, and yet got a nicer opener and the job was done quicker. Our previous opener was installed by them back in 1998! So between a little bit of luck, and the amazing install job they do here's to hoping this one also last 23 years!

I dealt with the Hayward office of R&S garage doors. My experience was exemplary. Everyone there from Dave our sales person to Kristne in the office and of course the Edgar who installed our door all were polite, efficient and professional. My proposal amount is exactly what my amount that was due. It’s nice to do business with a company whose estimate and proposal is exactly to the penny what you expected. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing a new garage door, I didn’t know how much we needed one until the new one was installed and it’s like night and day so I’m very happy

R&S of Southern Alameda is highly recommended in both technical and business ethics arena. My project is unique such that the installation of an overhead garage door was not the only requirement that is needed here. There were a few prerequisite items for my project that Dave advised me on. Dave gave me all the necessary information that was needed in order for the installation to move forward. When our garage door opener had reached the end of its life, we knew we needed to get it replaced. With a call to R&S Erection this was handled in no time. The technician arrived and quickly and efficiently replaced the system and lubed the coils and wheels on the garage door. We now have a quiet and smooth running garage door opener. You can't go wrong with this company. They are fabulous to work with and cost effective, as well.
