John came out to install an additional down spout I had requested. After inspecting the gutters he suggested an alternate solution (which I agreed to since he was the expert). I also paid him to install gutter guards on the problem area in question.
I had him specifically make a note on the invoice that if the repair was unsuccessful, he would come out and compete the repairs. Sure enough with the first rains of the season the gutter was not working properly. I sent him a video and requested he come back and complete the repairs and finish the job proper. I have had zero luck in getting
