They did OK for me. They came in with a lower estimate and offered me options. The whole roof was torn off and redone in 1 day! They also did a super job of cleanup. It has been 6 years now and so far no serious leaks. Expect nailheads to push through from time to time as they do on all roofs. One MUST do inspections of the roof and attic at least once a year. This is the northeast with freeze and thaw cycles. If you are a homeowner you must take some responsibility yourself for maintaining a healthy roof. As for me I am leaving this terrible state of New Jersey next year. IF I were stupid

They replaced our roof in 2012, with a 15 year warranty on all materials and workmanship. It's now 6 years later and it's leaking into our attic down through fire alarm system in bedrooms causing fire alarm malfunctions etc. They do not honor their warranty. We've called and left several messages, and emails. The owner's brother in law John came out and said he wasn't sure it was their work!! We texted copies of the receipts. Still nothing. We are since renovating inside the house but construction is now halted until they can correct this. If not we'll have to pay

Called on a Friday about a leak after serious rainstorm, roof installed 2013, John arrives Saturday Morning, showed me pictures of gaps in J Channels on my Vinyl Siding around window, rain water dripping down wall, told me to caulk siding, not a roof problem. Very common problem per John. NO CHARGE. Could'nt be happier, I was shocked to see the gaps in Vinyl Siding Trim. Thank You A&J Roof Repair.

I had more leaks after they did the roof then before.they stopped back 2 times & put metal damns up which did nothing.then after calling 12 times [they were never there or never called back]I gave up & got real roofers to do the job.They badmouthed their job.Said they did the valleys all wrong.They were right because I have had no more leaks since the REAL ROOFERS fixed their poor quality job.

I am so happy I used Janiec Roofing to install my new roof 8 years ago in Ridgewood! Not only did they give me a fair price and got the job done quickly - the last two years I was really impressed with their post installation service! Last year, I had a small leak I discovered around the roof vents, I called Janiec and they responded and repaired the leak the next day without charge. Just this past week a few singles fell off the roof caused by either high winds or animals and once Janiec responded quickly to repair the damage at no cost.
