Had a great experience with Morgan Hill Tile. So many aspects of my Kitchen remodel were overwhelming to me. So many choices. I went to a few tile places looking for backsplash and was really left to go it alone to pick a tile or were left with even more ideas. When I went to Morgan Hill Tile I found the help I was looking for. Trena, the sales associate, listened to the vague ideas of what I had in mind and helped me quickly narrow that down my choices (which is what I needed!). Not worth your time stopping here. When I walked in there was no one around for about 10+ min. I called while inside the store and no one bothered answering either. I guess he was in the back with another customer so I waited patiently for him to finish. When he was done, he was real brief with me and hurried to help the people that walked in after me. I told him I wasn't done but he still seemed focused on helping the other people.
After looking up a price for a slab this guy clearly wasn't interested in satisfying the questions I walked in with. Not only did they not stock

It was posted online that it closes at 4:30. Got there at 3:50. They told us they were closing soon. Well at 4 they literally turned out the lights on us without saying anything first. That was the most unprofessional experience of my life. The place could be fine, but I never got a chance to find out.

Our designer recommended using them for our bathroom. We did so. Our tiles were late. Beautiful tiles, really really unnecessarily painful process. We then had to remodel our kitchen. We went back and after three visits I got tired of being treated either as a regular human being (when I wore Prada shoes and an elegant dress) and as a second degree citizen if I visited the store in work out clothes. It's unbelievable how inconsistent their attitude is depending on how they label you. If they saw the Caucasian well educated professional with a nice wardrobe "ok" but if they saw the mom in gym clothes

The wrong item was ordered. Then they could not find who I was or what was ordered. Very disorganized, unhelpful. Very poor customer service.
When I tried to talk w/the manager, he had no desire to care or listen. He said he is the vice-president. Had to insist on leaving a message for the owner. Probably will never hear from them

Incredible selection. But I found the experience daunting. The employees seemed a bit snobbish, and my lack of experience seemed to be irritating to them, rather than an opportunity to be instructive. My order got lost, so my window of time to get the project done passed and i had to wait another month before another chance to get it done came up. I’m sure they’re used to dealing with professionals but the DIY folks should feel welcomed, too.

Love the tile , but the service always appears to be mildly annoyed at your presence, as if whatever other chores are involved in running the business , that you are an impediment to getting those more important things done. for such a joyous and fun thing that picking out tile is, that kind of dampens the fun.

Every time I go in there they are happy to send me elsewhere. This last time looking for tiles or a quartz alternative he was happy to send me to Granite Outlet and Home Depot. I think I interrupted his lunch. He didn't even bother to show me any tiles and the look on his face was "what are you doing here?"... They are so weird over there.

RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! Just went in there with my husband who has been laying tile for over 30 years. We have a small project and needed accent pieces and are redoing a complete other bathroom. The women behind the desk just kept working never looked up. The guy acknowledges us but when we say we are looking for accent tile he walks behind the desk like we were nothing. We then ask about some tile and he treats us like children and told us to go home a measure and make sure because there are no returns!! We didn't even get to the part of the other bathroom remodel. We live locally and would like

Walked in and looked around for almost 20 minutes at your store & no one bothered to look up from their computer to welcome or acknowledge me, or ask if I needed assistance. If you want customer service or even to feel welcome at a store, this is NOT the place to be. Maybe they thought I wasn't buying anything? Now I'm really not.

Upon visiting MH Tile I was pleasantly surprised with the professional customer service. I was helped immediately, presented with the options I was looking for, and educated with the details pertaining to my questions. They wrote up my preferences for my tile installer, and appropriately called me when necessary for payments and pick up. I experienced a high level of professionalism, and will continue to use them for additional future projects.
