Founded in 2001 by Jeff Manning, Jeff has provided extensive pool service and repair expertise for the Greater Houston Area. Jeff has guided his sons to become masters in the trade and looks forward to one day handing over the keys to the kingdom. Susan Manning, our matriarch, has an extensive background in landscape architecture and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Manning Pool Service is proud to offer our exclusive Drain and Clean services to the Greater Houston Area. They are drained and then the plaster is acid washed to remove algae stains from the plaster. Then it can be refilled with water. For over 15 years, Manning Pool Service has been providing high-quality pool service to the Houston community.
The second day (if needed), we remove of the remainder of debris as well as a chemical balance to ensure a fresh start for your pool. We are family-owned and operated. We hire only experienced professionals who commit to our customer-first values. All our technicians have a license in Certified Pool Operations by the National Swimming Pool Foundation or must obtain their license within 120 days of employment.

We have been very happy with our weekly pool service. Zach is usually the person who comes to service our pool and he is great - super friendly and has helped us through our first few months of being new pool owners, graciously answering all of our questions and showing us around our pool. Even during holidays Manning Pool Service kept us on schedule and never missed a week of service. Very impressed and glad we found them!

Manning Pool Service is amazing, especially Ruby, she was very helpful answering the questions I had. She made sure to be clear and concise so that I could understand the process and allowed me to ask the questions I had. Very patient and knowledgeable. We've been using Manning Pool Service for over 3 years, and they're great. Honestly the 1 area of my house I know I never have to worry about because they're so thorough, from cleaning to maintenance to repairs. Ryan is the best. He gives us detailed updates about our pool and what he's done every week after he leaves. I can't recommend them enough!

Manning Pool Service may cost a little more than your independent pool cleaner but you get something for that little extra. A responsive and professional team. We have been using Manning Pool service since we have moved to the Heights. They have been proactive in suggesting maintenance items that need to be addressed before they become problems as well as just doing a great job keeping our pool clean and the chemicals in balance. Ty has been our cleaner for the last year and he's been dependable and keeps us informed on what he's done each visit via an email.

The pool service gentleman that comes to our house weekly, Zach, is awesome. Very friendly and efficient. He is very knowledgeable and can answer any question I have. Always with a smile in his face, even when it’s 100 degrees outside.

I really highly recommend Manning Pool Service. I had a very short timeline of needing to renovate my pool and Manning was able to get the job done seamlessly. They were in consistent communication regarding every step of the process and ensured that everything was taken care of in time for our event.
