Secure box self storage has great customer service and is the best place to store your stuff around. When I was searching for a place I checked out everywhere. I feel like the price is fair especially for what you get. I have been using them for a few years now and there are quite a few things I like about them. First off like I said before customer service is great. Second the storage unit itself is very nice with no chance of weather getting in, mice, bugs, dust ect. The few years I have been using them I have never had any issues with any of these things. Third the family lives on sight and

We have had two storage units for over a year. There have been no problems at all. Everything has been safe and dry, even during the extreme flooding. There has been very little dust. The staff have been friendly and have done everything they could to accommodate our needs.

I called a few weeks ago looking to rent a 40' x 8' storage unit. They didn't have any available so they out me on the waiting list. Kiera called me during Christmas break to let me know a unit was available but I missed the call and never got a chance to call her back. She called again yesterday to let me know the unit was ready! I'm so glad she called me back and didn't take me off the list since i didn't answer the first time. Storage units are hard to find now a days. She is super friendly on the phone, the units are secure and there is a gate. So far, I'm very happy with Secure Box Self Storage

I took a leap with renting a storage unit here when I was still living out of state and it’s been SO EASY renting here. The storage is secure and the units are perfect for the snow, rain, and critters to stay out. Now that we’re in town and it’s been snowing here nothing has leaked into our unit. Definitely recommend!
