Stan answered my initial call about an incorrectly installed drawer after-hours on a Saturday evening and attempted to walk me through several possible solutions over the phone in an effort to save me money from him having to come out. In the end, he and one of his employees ended up installing a newly fabricated drawer mounted on a different pair of slides and troubleshot another drawer that wasn't sliding closed very smoothly. Due to other jobs and some inclement weather, it did take him a while to come out and fix the issue, but the quality job he did was well worth the wait - and at a reasonable
