I hired Eastern Pipe Service to repair a pipe break at a Homeowners Association that I managed. I honestly cant say enough positive things about Kenny Thompson and his crew.
Prior to them showing up onsite, Kenny called me to notify me that he was 30 minutes out.
My first impression was that Kenny was extremely knowledgeable about the trenchless process. He demonstrated leadership skills, but not only was he deligating tasks, he was hands on digging. He continued to communicate with me and the owners throughout the day.
In a situation that could easily become hectic with disgruntle homeowners
