Been coming here for many years since I was a kid, grew up using these guys for stones for many years coming here with my dad and friends. You will not have the same problems here that you will experience at Pavingstone Supply. Also if you do have a bad experience I doubt they will send you a stupid threatening letter to sue you over a bad review like Pavingstone Supply does. Mutual Materials offers great customer service, every time! I have only received one block out of thousands that was cracked when delivered and they were so nice about replacing it too. As a General Contractor, ALL my Sub

I stopped by Mutual Materials today and all I needed was six retaining wall blocks and some adhesive. I'm sure they are used to selling thousands of dollars worth of material at a time, but the service I received was top notch even though I only spent $50. The office staff maintains professionalism mixed with a sense of humor, which is all too rare there days. I will definitely be back if I need anything else they sell. Thank you!

These people are awesome!
I built a 120 x 4 foot retaining wall on my property and they saved me thousands of $$$ by mentioning a color of retaining block that was discontinued. They were the perfect blocks for the job and a great price all delivered to the site in a very nice clean truck and a helpful friendly driver. I'm so impressed with their professionalism - from the moment I walked in the door and Melissa jumped right in to help me - to the last delivery this afternoon in a crazy rainstorm. Thank you guys! Nice work!
I have no idea where this Timmothy idiot gets off blasting

I went to Mutual Materials looking for joint sand and sealer, which I did purchase, but when asking the staff some questions about coverage and amount to purchase they seemed to know little to nothing about their products. Waiting behind the building to load the materials I ordered was also a long wait.

I'm a contractor and went in looking for a simple masonry repair product: in this case a Sika product or equivalent what I got from order desk ladies was..deer-in-the-headlights. I further explained what I was doing..again blank stare..yard kid stated.."how about just mortar" um no jr. I need a no slump "repair" product..I went to Hillsboro to Mason's Supply instead they had several products ..I'm not sure why MM has know nothing's on their order desk..better off driving to Hillsboro or Home Depot

Have to go in for samples quite often, and they are always fairly nice to me. They work mostly with contractor types so when "a designer" comes in...(the link between the customer and contractor) it is a little bit of different dynamic. If you need brick, blocks, cultured stone or pavers, this is a decent place to go at least to look. I have heard the Vancouver store is much larger.
