A drunk driver crashed into my wife's car while we were sleeping, and since it was 2021, she wanted to complete the buying process of her new vehicle. We had no intentions of buying a new automobile before this unfortunate situation. She made an appointment with Issac, then we arrived, spoke with Esaias who showed us the car. She still asked me to go with her to ensure everything went smoothly. I guess you can say everything was fine, until we reached to the money. It's all about the dollar, I get it. Found Team Nissan of Vineland Nj through Car Gurus during my car search. I called them a few hours before I came since I was driving from out of state .Issac said he would have both models ready for me to look at. When I arrived Issac was there but was unavailable to help and had to wait for another salesman to help. Esaias pretty nice at first both cars of course wasn't ready had to go to the lot to find it so that i could test drive it. Finally when it was time to negotiate a deal. If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my car (2018 Altima SR) for an oil change on 12/31/19 at 1:30pm. I picked up my car from the dealer and I found that the leather on the steering wheel and blamed me for it. Why the hell would I damage my own steering wheel? They said that the deep tears are from normal wear and tear (I owned the car since new for just over a year) which is absolute nonsense. They told me they would report to Nissan's corporate office and see what they say.

I went to team Nissan Of vineland about 3 to 4 years ago, for a repair on a Nissan Altima that I had bought from their location. I was informed of the car needed a piston repair which will cost me between 7000 and $5000 . Team Nissan of vineland strongly suggested that I get it repaired immediately but because I could not afford it I checked other locations. Come to find out that it was a dead spark plug and A $200 tuneup repaired everything. I strongly advise Not going to the pairs

Purchased a 2018 Nissan Pathfinder here for my mom last month. Everything was painless. I live 30 minutes away so I wanted to do most of the legwork ahead of time. I was able to get the deal I wanted w/out the runaround experienced at other dealerships. When I got there the deal I negotiated was exactly the deal I got. I had a bad experience at the turnersville automall previously because I refused to buy LoJack & there was none of that nonsense at Team Nissan. I'd recommend Team to anyone looking for a real deal on a Nissan.

Don't shop here, all they care about is $$ and not the customers. The woman helping me told me a car was completed and ready to be seen, knowing I was an hour from the dealership. Once I arrived, the car was nowhere near ready. And the man who was then "helping" me, told me he couldn't help me. Because he assumed I wasn't capable of buying the car, which I was. I bought my Altima a few years ago and have come to Team Nissan for all my services. Tony and the team are great. They tell you before problems become issues. They will tell you "next time you come in, you probably are going to need an air filter!"
That kind of heads up and customer service is what keeps me coming back. I needed brakes and they drove me home for an appointment I had to keep.
The new showroom is clean and the people are super helpful. My son is 16 and I will definitely be returning here after he gets my Altima.

I've experienced the worst service in this dealership. I took my wife's car for a recall in September 2016 after 6 hours they call me to notify me they don't have the airbag I can pass by a pickup the car. The service advisor told me they would call when the airbag arrive. January 2017 I call to check the status of the airbag recall and no one had a answer. February I call again they put me on hold and after 20 minutes they told me the part wasn't available.

Finally a car dealership that sticks to their word. They were open, up-front & honest about the deal from the start! After visiting 3 other Nissan dealerships in & out of the area, turns out Team Nissan not only offered the best deal but were also the most hospitable. I purchased a car from this dealership a few months ago and it has been the most frustrating experience of my life. During negotiations, an employee slipped up and mentioned a crack in one of the windows that I must not have even noticed, but sure enough, there it was on the windshield, 11" long.
