We provide your home with a full exterior facelift that includes an extremely methodical siding-installation process, 100% freedom to choose your siding, and design assistance to revitalize the exterior of your home further. For instance, vinyl windows don't work for a home built in the 1900s. Similarly, a home built in the last 20 years or so might not benefit from an authentic wood window as much as it would from a vinyl window.

Mike Lotz did an excellent job identifying problems with multiple windows, a door to the outside, and damaged gable vents. He did not just try to sell us on replacing all our windows -- because that was not needed. Mike then helped us select the right replacements, did the work efficiently, cleaned up afterwards, and followed through on every commitment he made. He was reliable and he was on time whenever he came. Finally, Mike is friendly and personable, is easy to talk with, and has shown us that he's very knowledgeable and experienced.

We had water damage to a bay window that we could not find anyone to repair. Mike Lotz was the 6th specialist to evaluate our situation and the ONLY professional who was willing to explore the causes of the water damage and figure out a solution. We had siding/fascia & screen damage from the recent " derecho" that blew through the midwest this summer.
Michael walked with the adjustor to be certain that all the damage was noted and accounted for by the insurance adjustor.
Once the claim was approved, Michael moved quickly to to repair the damage. Unlike some contractors (we hear about)he was very accessible and returned all communication promptly.
Lotz Renovations took extra time and paid attention to the small details. We appreciated his guidance , work and if needed will return to his company for work needed !

Mike lots did good job on our place at reasoble price. Throughout the process Mike was very helpful even when added. Few extra tasks at the last moment Mike did all the different work we need without even sending the Bill until to the end, and that was very kind. My wife thinking about new project , and we will call Mike before anyone.

Mike has done a wonderful job for us for several projects, including two complete bathroom updates, rec room, laundry room and home office. He has skilled professionals in all areas - tile, flooring, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, etc. Besides having the typical remodeling work done, I also had a couple of things that I wanted done that were "off the beaten path," including a custom office that I wanted built in a small closet, a built-in bookcase, and a decorative stone wall. He was able to advise us and give us good suggestions for these things, and they turned out fantastic. I get

I have used Lotz Renovations for a number of projects at my mother's home including a complete basement revamp, wall patching and painting, range hood installation and other similar work. Mike is always on time, within budget, cost conscious, willing to discuss the need and impact of work items, able to take on additional tasks at the last minute and did not send the bill until I was completely satisfied with the work he had completed.
