Red River Glass

Last time I ever deal with this company! In December i came for my appointment to get windshield replaced. They don’t have it. Then were rude about the appointment when they actually had it. This morning against my better judgment I decided to give them a 2nd chance since before they were good. I call because my home window is busted. I called at 8:10. Was told they were get someone out there today. As early as possible. I call at 3:00 and they have no clue what they are doing. Can’t tell you when or what day they will show up. Needless to say a day I wasted! Will never deal with again

Always the best place to go! Great prices! Great customer service. I needed a windshield replaced. They scheduled me very quickly and the entire process was done in less than an hour.. I will definitely return if I need their services. The only downside is they offer no warranty

Red River glass was recommended to me by a friend. I contacted them on Jan 27th and Burl came the same day took measurements and i have not received one call back yet. I placed follow up calls on Feb 1st, 4th, Mar 2nd. On Mar 2nd they promised i would get a call back and it didn't happen. Today i called let them know how dissatisfied i am with service received and i would find someone else. "Unbelievable "

They have really great and friendly service. They have awesome prices and you never wait long to have something repaired.

Just moved back to Alexandria and needed new windshield and door glass. Chose Red River Glass from Google because they are close to where I live. Awesome service! Very nice people. Accommodating and thorough.

Excellent staff and the prices are great!! The guy at the front desk is very polite and courteous! He makes everyone feel welcome after they walk in the door. Highly recommend this place for all your glass needs!

All of the employees were super nice. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was due to the wait before they had started on my car with me having an appointment. As far as the people that work there they get all 5 stars and a big hug from me. All of them were GREATE. THANKS AGAIN

I didn't "hate it", but I can't accurately rate service I didnt recieve. I called to set up an appointment to get my windshield changed and the guy that answered the phone obviously had no clue. He said he'd get someone to call me back and that was 3 weeks ago. I reckon I'll just go with someone else

The came out and did the work at a fair price but did not call to give a time for the glass installation like they said they would and this was the day after they said they would come out.. that being said it was done and it looks nice. Would likely use again just with clear timeframes
