Kerry at Arrow Lock Shop is very professional and honest. I have used him twice on the same vehicle because of malfunctioning of the original fob and the other time was lost . Both times, he has went above and beyond to help me. The first time he stayed late at his shop to help me; the second time he came to my house after hours. Thank you so much for everything Kerry. We need more businesses like yours!!!

Kerry and this company were honest, diligent, and incredibly helpful. I called and he did not try to immediately demand service. I tried getting a mechanism out by his guidance. When unsuccessful, he came out same day and replaced mechanism. He was thorough and the price was beyond reasonable. So thankful for his expertise and kindness. Highly recommend Arrow Lock Shop!

I had a lock go bad on my back door . looked on the internet to find lock smith in the springfield area. i only went by the amount of stares that was posted by lock smith .i have never had to hire a locksmith before.

We work during the day so Carey came after hours and charged us the same rate as he would have during the daytime. He removed and replaced an old front door lockset. He even had a lockset on hand that nearly matched our current one, and gave us a discount on the set over what we would have paid at Lowe's. He was quick, courteous and did great work. Highly recommended!

I broke my car key - snapped it in half - and was freaking out looking for a place to get a replacement that wouldn't cost an arm and a leg! Luckily, Arrow Lock Shop came to my rescue. Much cheaper than the dealership. We brought him the key and he had to come to the house, so he gave me a ride. It took him longer than he expected, but he honored his original (LOW) price with a smile! Extremely professional, I would recommend to anyone in the area who needs a chip key replaced!

Just moved in to town and locked myself out! Called another locksmith who wasn't readily available but referred me to Arrow. Kerry was super responsive, came over immediately and was able to quickly open the lock without damaging anything, he even cut me a spare key! We spoke for several minutes after he finished and I can tell he's very knowledgeable and passionate about his field. I'll be using Arrow again for any lock consulting I may need.

Kerry was very punctual and polite with my inquires about duplicating a sidewinder key and fob for my car. The price was very affordable and definitely one of the best bargains in the area if you're looking for sidewinder/laser-cut keys and fob programming. I was at his shop for about an hour, keys were made, fob was programmed and testing for them happened & things went without a hitch. I would definitely come back again if/when needed. Thanks!

My car key broke off in the ignition. I was still able to drive, fortunately, but I knew I needed to get the broken piece out (remote start doesn't work when the car thinks there's a key in the ignition, and it's SO cold!). I took my car to J&M and the guy got right to work. Of course, mine had to be a challenge - the guy said it normally takes about 30 seconds, mine was 30 minutes - be he still just charged me what he quoted over the phone! Very nice and professional, and he even let me watch what he was doing (I was curious how it would work)! Hopefully won't need
