Things started off fine, someone came over, gave me a quote and even sent a signed contract for the work. But once they were asked to contact PGE and open the dig ticket in their name (for liability purposes), they essentially ghosted and didn't return phone calls or emails. Alejandro (or Alex) was nice, but ultimately I can't recommend a company that bails when they don't want to be held liable for potential damages.

I contacted Alejandro regarding a job we needed done at our house which he ended up responding to immediately. After we discussed my plans and envisions regarding the job, he made it very clear that he was a reputable specialist in concrete. He designed my patio, driveway, and the job came out amazing. I was pleased with his integrity, personality, professional and reasonable prices. His work was beyond impressive. No complaints.
