Great experience with Hatley's. Our AC stopped working. The lady in the office was very friendly. A technician was there the day after I called and diagnosed the problem, as the motor. Had two options to fix the problem, which were both very pricey. Once we decided on what we could afford, and gave them a call back a couple days later, they were out to fix it the same day and had it fixed in an hour! Finally nice and cool again. Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Just be prepared for the cost.

The last responding to our was understanding of our situation and to full notes of what was going on THANK YOU Mrs lady. Which now led to having David S. with Hayley's Heat & Air responded to our call within a hour. After explaining to him what was going on he already knew what to do. Clean our coils, and cleaned our HVAC drain out. I will use this company only for any future calls.

My A/C wasn't kicking on. They were able to come out the next day, gave us a quote for the service and dealt with my unit's warranty on parts so I didn't have to. They came out and fixed it the next day when they had the part and were very accommodating to my schedule. Would highly recommend.

Called just before closing tech was at our home next day at 10:00 am to fix the AC. Of course it worked fine when he was here, called to pay my bill, they said if it doesn't work again call us no charge and don't touch anything. Sure enough stopped working again, they came back, no charge, turned out to be a drain in the flowerbed. Both techs were great!! Customer service was great!! All fixed in a day!

We called Hatleys one night at 8:30 cause our unit had went out they had someone here the next morning. Got our unit going left within a few hours it quit working again called them back they sent someone right back out. We had to get another unit couldn't ask for better people to work with the guys was very polite and professional about they're work

The guys at Hatleys came and installed my new unit and duct work, the guys were all very professional! They did a exceptional job with the install and after they were finished with the installed they took the time to clean up all their trash and debris leaving my house just the way it was when they arrived! Thanks again guys for the great work!
