From start to finish, a good experience. Chuck was great as was the delivery team. I always felt that I was getting honest and straight information. They helped making sure our site was ready for delivery and walked us through some issues. Even after our new hot tub was delivered and set up, Chuck calls to check in on our new tub, helped us prepare our tub for the wind storms, and answers whatever questions we have. Highly recommended!

I purchased my Cambria hot tub from Arctic Home Living nearly 1 1/2 years ago. The decision was postponed for various “excuses” for over 10 years. The spa is now a key part of my day to day living. The folks at AHL have been wounderful to work with. Purchase, install and periodic maintenance was made simple and enjoyable.

We recently moved to Wasilla and bought a house that had a hot tub I wasn't sure how to maintain. I stopped by the Wasilla Arctic Home Living store and Ethan took the time to give me a whole class on how to maintain the spa and what chemicals I should use. Exceptional customer service considering we didn't even buy the spa from him. We will definitely be going back in the future if we need chemicals or want to trade in our spa.

Jonathan Ehm was an amazing sales person and very informative during our decision making process. With supply chain issues he kept us well informed during our wait and answered many more questions as we learned about hot tub maintenance leading up to ours arriving. We have our tub now and love it!

My husband and I were extremely satisfied with our interactions with Arctic Home Living and in particular, Terry Dovovan. We have purchased 2 hot tubs from Arctic Home Living and have always had professional dealings with this company. Like most companies operating during the COVID19 pandemic, there were supply shortages and shipping delays. However, Terry contacted us in writing to inform us of the production/shipping issues, issued a sincere apology for the delays and kept us updated on the progress. The customer service at Arctic Home Living is excellent. Terry, Don, and the sales staff have provided superior professional communications and technical support throughout the delivery and installation process. Our situation was uniquely challenging and took two attempts to install. It needed to be lifted to a 2nd floor deck which required special equipment and cooperation between AHL and our excavator. I would highly recommend AHL for anything related to hot tubs.

Arctic Home Living made the decision to purchase a spa an easy one. Their knowledge of spas was top notch. They listened to our wants and needs which identified that we may need a larger lounger because of our height and found the right one by actually sitting in the spa. They did a virtual (pictures) home visit that verified we had the necessary electrical and outdoor space for the full enjoyment of our investment. They provided a spa class to make sure we had the tools to succeed when taking care of the water. Our only regret is that we didn’t do it sooner. Why wait, happiness awaits!!

Good support, advice from start of tub selection, through purchase and installation. In our case it was particularly important to have advice in conjunction with purpose- built porch to make sure the porch design ( with tub partially recessed) adequately incorporates needs of hot tub access for maintenance etc and appropriate clearances. Helped to visit frequently with Terry throughout.
Only slight frustration was coordination hot tub lift crane with install crew. It could have been timed better as the crane ended up having to wait two hours ( on the clock) for crew arrival - costly.

I have had my new hot tub for over a week and have used it every night. I am so happy with my purchase. Jon did a great job. While it was a wait to get the hot tub it has been worth the wait. I appreciate the great customer service I received on all aspects from answering my questions during the buying process, installing the electrical, to installing the tub.
