We had our garage door spring snap on a Saturday night of a 3 day weekend. They reached out early Sunday morning and even offered us an appointment that day. They came out inspected our garage and door and ended up replacing both springs and the motor. The price was extremely fair and the work was top notch. I can't recommend this company enough. They truly care about what they do and truly care about their customers.

I have dealt with a lot of service companies over the years and Eppler is by far at the top of my list. The knowledge they have, passion for the business and customer service is second to known. I recently had a spring break on my garage door . I placed a call. Call it fate, but they were in my area and stopped by my house within minutes. Juston and his crew are great at their craft. I reached out, coordinated a meeting and discussed what I wanted in a garage door. He laid out a plan, we agreed upon a price and laid out a project schedule. He kept me in the loop the entire time he built my door...yes built! They came in the morning, took out my old garage door and installed the door and completed the entire job by early afternoon. To top it off, I noticed a stain I didn't like on one of the windows and he ordered another one and got it replaced a week later...no questions asked. My garage door broke at 5pm and I called Justin with Eppler Garage Doors and he was able to make it to my house first thing in the morning. I thought I was going to need a completely new garage door, but Justin was able to repair my door and get it functioning properly again. He's a super nice guy and you can tell you he loves what he does! I will recommend Justin to all my friends and will definitely use him when it comes time to replace my garage door. We had our roll-up door spring break last night, so I went online this morning to see who might be available to come out and take a look at the issue. When searching online, Eppler Garage Doors popped-up first, and they had 5-star reviews, so I decided to give them a try first, and gave them a call.
