Services
AIA Corpus Christi has a variety of signature events that occur on an annual or semi-annual basis. Our Fore the Birdies Golf Tournament, held annually, provides scholarships for students looking to or in the process of pursuing a career in Architecture. This event brings together architects and other built-environment professionals throughout the region for a fantastic day of fun and camaraderie!
Seeing nearly all Architect members of the AIA Corpus Christi chapter, as well as other built environment professionals through the region, our annual Code/Tech Academy, taking place each summer, provides eight hours of HSW continuing education credits necessary for architects to maintain their licensure.
As Corpus Christi and the surrounding areas continue to grow and prosper, the need to foster strong future leaders in professions associated with the built environment is a necessity. AIA Corpus Christi recognizes that architects simply don't work alone - we rely upon engineers, planners, builders, contractors and more to bring our visions to life.
AIA Corpus Christi puts a host of career resources at your fingertips. Learn new skills and fulfill continuing education credits with AIA Corpus Christi programs and other resources. Continuing education is required by the Texas board of Architectural Examiners and American Institute of Architects to ensure that all architects stay current with regulation and industry changes, and to guarantee safe, sustainable design.
Working 100% from home is new territory for many of us, as is the rapidly changing business environment that's impacting our jobs, our firms, and our work.
