I have to sing the praises of W & W Flooring and Design! We were desperate to get new carpet in the master bedroom of a house we are selling in Spanish Fort. The big box stores said it would be 3 to 5 weeks before they could install. A wonderful new neighbor suggested I call W & W. They had someone measure the afternoon that I called and the carpet was installed two days later. The carpet is beautiful, was fairly priced, and the install was perfect! These folks are awesome!

These guys were awesome from start to finish. I was looking to match and replace my guest bedroom carpet, Robin got onto the rep before i even left the store, it was ordered, arrived in a few days and their guys fitted it yesterday. No drama, excellent customer service they were great I highly recommend them.

I had enough of my old carpet and needed new flooring. The staff at W&W was great in answering my questions and getting me a great price on different options I hadn't thought about. I like the one on one attention you get here versus Lowe's or Home Depot because they just sub out the work to someone else. W&W takes are of you from start to finish and is available to call unlike other companies!

This was the third time we used W & W. The first two jobs were well executed and priced fairly. Inside sales on this job was very good. The young lady showed us our options and worked up an estimate which we thought a little pricey, but our project was already underway and we needed tile work.
Scheduling was a problem. When we called about installation we were told they were backed up and "should" be there Wed or Thurs. No show, no phone call. I called and she said they would "try" to get there on Monday.
