I have been a customer of Alarm Services Group in Memphis, TN for the better part of 15 years. Prior to that, I was with ADT. My 85 year old aunt has this service. We have been dealing with them since August 2021 as her son disabled her alarm system and lost the key fob. I have dealt with Zack in September and assured me he would send a fob but did NOT. Jeff in October still no fob! James in November no fob! Denton the office manager in November, no fob. I was on hold for 30 minutes, no one answered my call. I am at my wits end with this sorry company! I feel they take advantage of elderly customers, shame on them!

Just had my first real disappoint with this company. What alarm company is not available when the alarm doesn't work? Do they have a call center or what? Called the office and lady didn't know what to tell me. Tech coming next week. Something doesn't smell right and I agree with another customer. No protection. The cameras can't do nothing for us if the alarm isn't working if someone broke in. I'm paying took much money for this. Time to investigate on a legal level. My husband who is a vet and handicapped was taken advantage of and I tried to let him get this. I

I had this system installed over 2 years ago. It has never worked properly. Alarm goes off in the night for no reason, saying a door has been opened when it hasn't been. We open certain doors just to test and it doesn't even recognize it has been opened. Didn't even have it a month and start getting alerts that batteries were low. For almost the entire time we've had it, it tells us that our master bedroom window is open when it isn't. Just problem after problem with this system. I chose this company because a friend DID work there, thankfully he no longer represents them. After only a few months

This Company ripe off old people. My 77 year old mother was ripped off by this company. She was not give a contract document with The Alarm Company. She was told over the phone that they would monitor the alarm and camera system. The Alarm Company gave her old equipment purposely.
