George replied promptly and installed mounted wall shelves for us, and also fixed a bookshelf to a concrete wall so that we're earthquake-safe. George was helpful over the phone, even giving advice that might have made a visit unnecessary. However, we weren't able to fix the problem ourselves so he did come over -- was efficient, courteous and a pleasure to work with.
