Started in 1992 as a small family owned development company, Andrew Development is celebrating its' 26th year of operations. Andrew Development was originally formed to purchase, develop, manage, and sell income producing properties. In recent years the need arose for development and improvement of raw land utilizing in-house company resources.
While the core business is property and project management, Andrew is uniquely positioned to provide corporate assets to third party entities in time of storm and disaster recovery, and at other times for commercial projects.The acquisition of heavy equipment used in land clearing and road building over the last few years benefits development projects by lowering the internal cost of land preparation, and allowing excess equipment capacity to be made available on a commercial basis to other entities.
