An 1100 square foot, elevated composite deck teardown/rebuild and substructure replacement.

Rails and columns were salvaged and all other materials were replaced. This project involved salvaging and refinishing cabinets, replacing countertops, adding a backsplash, and replacing all appliances and fixtures. Crown molding was added to the top of existing cabinets, soft neutral colors and stainless steel was the theme to brighten the room and give this kitchen a more contemporary look.
