What a great business!! They are always very friendly and helpful. They have a deal going on right now until March 3. If you have any fireplace or grilling needs I recommend checking them out. They are in the middle of a renovation but that does not interfere with their customer service at all. Great, knowledgeable, friendly people.

So my husband and I were looking for a good grill and a good company to deal with so we decided to go to Kalamazoo grill shop about a week ago Saturday, we drove by many big box stores that sell grills and we bought a high end grill with Mark got it home by the time we noticed Saturday afternoon after they were closed one of the grills grates you cook on and did not match the others and we were missing a cotter pin. Call Mark Monday texted the pictures that he asked for and we also requested we wanted to purchase a smoker box for that grill he asked when we can be there since we work all week we
