SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL.
Made an appointment almost 3 weeks out.
I called the day of before my window to make sure I was still on the schedule.
They assured me I was, but they were running behind.
They never showed up.
I called TWICE to reschedule, and they said they needed to call me back to reschedule. Never called me back either time.

Do Not Use This Company!!
We used them back in May 2021 to upgrade both our inside and outside units from a 3 ton to a 4 ton. At the time I would have happily recommend them. But Not Today I have tried for the last two days to get a hold of them because my AC is not cooling. I have tried calling, texting and I have even sent messages on Messenger and have not heard back from anyone. The bad thing is my husband is 71 yrs old and my son-in-law needs a Heart Transplant and neither one of them needs to be in this Heat.
I have ended up calling our Home Warranty company to have someone come help to

Do not fall for this company's duct cleaning advertisement - it is the typical non-disclosure, bait-and-switch upselling process. The false advertising specifically provided for duct cleaning for the HVAC air-handling unit, ALL ducts and returns, for a total price $160. When I called, I advised regarding the square footage covered by the new 3,500-ton unit (being installed that day), including the number of ducts and two returns, as well as the length from the air handler to the farthest duct. I asked if there are any other conditions, and the representative said that they will all be cleaned
