My large double garage door was from what I could see a total mess, It was extremely noisy and then it came off the track and there were screws on the floor, a piece of it was bent; I was preparing for the worst,and I had just gone through some major expenses, so I was a little nervous about the bill due to previous bad experiences with garage door companies in Rochester.
Jim was prompt, and not pushy, repaired my door left an invoice, I was so happy when I saw the bill.
When they say their business is based on honesty and integrity they really mean it!

We have lived in Rochester 20 years. Owner is always prompt, knowledgeable, and helped us pick out new doors. Came out to help us get out of the garage when a spring broke after hours. Programmed new cars for us on his time. No charge. He is pleasant and a pleasure to work with on top of his knowledge.

I called Nelson Overhead Door for a garage door and door opener replacement when we were selling our house in July 2015. The cost for replacing both of these was $1000 even for a white 2 car door and an opener with a sensor and two remotes! It was a lot less than I expected. I was very pleased with the service and he product!
