Third house where I've used Foundation Pro (including the house in which I live, and I'm a stuctural engineer). Two piles at the corner brought the brick back into amazing alignment... much better than I expected. Also added one column support for beam in crawl space. Received a referral from our realtor friend for Foundation Pro. We called and scheduled a visit for an estimate. They provided us an email to send the structural engineering report to in advance. Then got us on the schedule. The Foundation Pro team showed up on time. They were professional, efficient, and represented what I would want in my own work environment, steadfast and diligent while maintaining a pleasant attitude. Foundation Pro did an excellent job and kept me updated throughout the entire work process. There were some delays initially due to weather early in the year, but once the ground was dry enough that they could get me on the schedule, everything went as smoothly as it could. The crew working on my house were very professional and courteous.
Bob made several visits throughout the process and made me feel very confident in the work being done by the Foundation Pro team to stabilize the slab foundation of my house.

As we prepared to put down new hardwood flooring, it became obvious that some of the floors were not level and even sagged slightly in places. This was because the house had “settled” somewhat since we built it 44 years ago. A friend recommended we call Foundation Pro. Thanks to Brent Stroud, Tyler, and the rest of their crew, the house is once again level and on a firm foundation with adjustable steel piers mounted on newly-poured concrete where needed. Considering that the three-day job was labor and materials-intensive, we were surprised and pleased with how reasonably-priced the repair

As requested by a building inspector for the purpose of selling our home, we contacted Brent Stroud of Foundation Pro to look over a few issues on our home. He was prompt at returning our call and scheduling a time to come to the house and assess the issues.
Brent called the day of scheduled inspection to see if he could arrive earlier than planned as he was ahead of scheduled. When he arrived he was very efficient in looking over the issues brought up by the building inspector and explained the problem clearly to us. I would highly recommend Foundation Pro. We were referred to them by our Realtor friend because we were having some separation in our floor planks that indicated a compromise in our foundation. Jeff came out and analyzed and felt that it wasn't anything serious, but that when we started replacing the flooring we should call them when the old stuff was removed so they could put in concrete staples, if needed. We were worried about how we would juggle the schedule when the flooring company started, but Foundation Pro was so flexible and came exactly when we needed them. Jeff looked at it

We've had some cracks in our ceilings for quite some time and thought we may have foundation problems, a friend suggested we call Foundation Pro to have them come out and take a look. They were quick to respond to our email inquiry and within a few days Brent came out and took a look at our house. I was thrilled to learn we didn't have foundation problems, but was more impressed with the professionalism Brent showed during the visit. He offered up suggestions on what we would need to fix the cracks and talked about why they were not foundation related. I would highly recommend this

I called Foundation Pro after seeing cracks in my exterior brick walls and interior walls in my house. They made an appointment to come out and assess the problem. They gave me a full explanation of why cracks were appearing in the walls and what would be done to correct it. I was totally impressed by the quality of the work. They go the extra mile to make sure that everything is done right, and make sure that after the work is done, the only way you know they were there is that the cracks are gone. Very professional.
