If your toilet is clogged or the water level too low, we have a few suggestions in the event a plunger does not clear the problem. Fill a bucket or plastic waste basket with warm water and pour it in to the bowl from waist level or higher. Check the toilet after about thirty minutes. If the water in the bowl has some of the color in it, the tank is leaking and the stopper ("flapper") and/or flush valve seat may need to be replaced.

I called this company since they were located by my home, she asked many questions, she said it would be $75 to come, but the payment would go toward the repair, I accepted, she scheduled an appointment for the following day from 10-2p. Well, come the next morning at 7:22am I receive a call from the technician asking questions about the home, he ask when it was built, I tell him the late 70's early 1980's. Contacted New Tex Plumbing on Monday, February 2 about noon, spoke with 'Rita,' who said she'd have someone call me to discuss my plumbing issues. Two our of three toilets in my home were not functioning, which I shared with her. To date, Thursday, February 4, I've not heard a peep from New Tex. I called Bradbury Brothers on Tuesday morning, had a working toilet by that afternoon, and waiting for parts for the other toilet.

Sean and a small team came to my house and replaced a significant length of pipe in my front yard from my house out to the street. They brought all the necessary equipment and dug a trench in the front yard. All of the guys were extremely efficient and professional. They somehow managed to salvage the grass and when they finished replacing the pipe and filling the trench, it almost looked as if the grass and yard hadn’t even been touched. I reached out to New Tex Plumbing specifically because Rinnai referred to them as “ trained experts” to either fix or replace my water heater.
First, the tech (joe) was 3 hours late and no help from office to give me any updates.
He comes & tells me a part is not working & needs replacing and he’ll contact me the following day with when he can put in new part & also quote for new install.
Called office next day, they said he wasn’t even working and told ME to call him the following day.
Called him the next morning with no answer.

I emailed them regarding servicing my water heater but, got no reply. So I decided to call them a couple of days later since my home builder recommended them. The lady who answered seemed confused and told me she will have someone call me to give a quote but no one ever reached me. Went with another company since New Tex is a hassle to get through.

This company was working on new construction on the lot next to me.
They were parked in front of my house and since they were going to be there all day I went to ask if they were working over there why were they parking in front of my house and could they move.
The guy jumps out of the truck and with a loud intimidating voice said " the street is the street and its the same" i said this is the street in front of my house and was going to say could you just park in front of the place that you are working, but he cut me off and told me to call the police.

We have very hard water in our area, so we were in dyer need of a water softening system. Technician Sean came out to my home to install and did a awesome job. Taking time to explain things and being very thorough with the instillation. In addition he was very neat and considerate helping me move things around while he was going in the attic, he even did a few helpful things he didn’t have to! We moved into our new house on Saturday. We couldn’t get gas turned on until this morning. The gas company came and turned it on but it was t working. Alex from New Tex got to our house around 8:30 tonight and figured out there was air in the lines and quickly fixed it. Alex was wonderful and very professional! We had problems with our Master Bath toilet, had one gentleman come out and not be able to clear the clog, so today Frank McGreggor came out, he did a fabulous job, cleared the clog, and he was very professional. Husband made an appointment almost 2 weeks in advance, they were recommended as the certified plumbers for Rinnai tankless water heaters.
The appointment was today from 8am to 9am, at 8:30 am we called to see the if the technician was on his way, and to our surprise she had no idea that there was an appointment and she said " THAT THEY WERE SHORT HANDED AND FRANK THE ONLY TEC AVAILABLE WAS NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO MAKE IT.

Saw one of their trucks at Home Depot and asked the driver if he'd had any business cards on him - I'm always on the lookout for potential contractors - to which he rudely replied "No, I don't have no damn cards" while shaking his head.
Not that not having any business cards is uncommon, heck, I get caught off guard from time to time myself... But being courteous and possibly offering a number/name is a superb idea of a great first impression.

New Tex Plumbing is the kind of customer service focused company with outstanding professionals with undeniable competence in their field that I wish every service industry had. Termeer and Associates (also known as Termeer Design Group) is a Custom Home builder who I contracted with to build my house. All of the plumbing was done by Termeer's sub contractor, New Tex Plumbing. Our contract specifications called for conventional hot water heaters.
