We had our upstairs floors sanded and refinished and the finish was not even and after an attempt by other floor guys to fix we called Sam, Sam came in same day to look at it for us and knew exactly the issue, he and his team came back within a week or so and hand buffed them and put a new coat of finish on them and they looked perfect, he then came and did our entire main level with a full refinish job. Both were done in water base. His entire team were fantastic to work with, showed up every day, worked hard and the floors look amazing! Highly recommend! If we ever need floors installed or finished

My husband & I recently had to make a sudden major floor replacement inside our house due to a water leak that did considerable amount of damage. Once we got the water leak found and fixed and with the help of our home owners insurance company they assisted us in getting the job of replacing the floors done throughout our house sooner than later especially with this covid-19 situation going on in our world right now most places we had checked with told us it was going to take like 2 to 3 months to get the job done. Sam did a tremendous job on our 70 year old hardwood floors. He brought them back to life in just a few days. Sam does very professional and quality work for a great price. I got numerous estimates for a foreclosed home, these floors were in bad shape vacant house with pets animals in . Other contractors didn’t want the job said they could not be done and one gave an astronomical estimate , sams flooring came in and like no problem they would repair replace sand stain polyurethane and gave a very good price. I checked on the job cause I was scared of his confidence and realized there hard working good guys that do above quality work. These floors look better than new and I’ve hired him for another job.
