I was referred to Total Renovation by TCO when I purchased a set of french doors to be installed in my home. After 6 weeks consisting of 4 emails, 5 texts plus 6 phone calls and numerous commitments that were not met by Anthony Hall I used another contractor to complete my project. DO NOT use this company - the owner is unprofessional, dishonest and does not uphold his commitments. TCO needs to STOP recommending Total Renovation as they are unreliable. Thankfully they did not ever attempt to start the work - I can only imagine the problems if they actually showed up.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
We purchased a set of doors from Home Center Outlet in November, and trying to schedule with this “business” has been impossible they constantly reschedule they never communicate on availability. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had as a consumer literally begging a company to give them money.

We bought double doors for our front entrance from Home Center Outlet and they referred Total Renovation for the installation. We called and set up an installation date for the doors. The door was picked up by them and installed on the scheduled date. The installation was perfect and we are happy with the work performed. I would have given 5 stars but we did not get any phone call or email confirming that the installation would be done on the scheduled day, which made me unsure if he would be coming to install the doors. Anthony did call on the day of the installation, but I wish we had gotten

We contracted with Anthony to install our new iron doors. He and Dwayne arrived promptly and immediately went to work. They were professional from start to finish and it is obvious that Anthony is an expert in his field. He even assured me that my husband could install the matching light fixtures, saving us money. What an honorable move! I highly recommend him and expect to use his services again for all of our home renovation needs.

We had Anthony and his team from Total Renovation recently install our new double iron doors. They were prompt, courteous, and thorough on top of being complete experts in installing these doors. We needed several specialty tweaks inside and outside as our new doors are taller as well as curved on top - and they were a replacement for a single door with side windows and transom - not a simple job to say the least. Total Renovation was precise to the tiniest detail - Which also included relocating our new doorbell to the brick wall. The doors are beautiful and the installation exceeded our expectations

One of our best finds! Cabinet design plan was executed flawlessly, with no harm done to the new cabinets, new walls or new hardwood floors. Price was fantastic. Anthony was flexible with our every-changing schedule, came when promised, and finished when promised. Very glad Alex at the Kennesaw Home Center Outlet referred us to him.
